The approximately 1.6 mm thick Idro-Perwanger leather upper and microfiber inserts provide abrasion protection while maintaining waterproofness and moderate flexibility. The Gore-Tex Performance Comfort membrane protects against moisture and allows the foot to breathe. The 3D Flex System at the heel supports the foot during descents and on uneven surfaces. The EVA footbed and polyurethane midsole absorb shock, especially when carrying a heavy backpack. The Vibram outsole with a Climbing Zone at the forefoot allows for more stable footing on rocks or steel climbs. The graded lacing exterior construction allows for a better fit.
