Probios- shiitakesienet ovat matalassa lämpötilassa kuivattuja luomusieniä, jotka ovat runsaskuituisia ja proteiinipitoisia ja sopivat täydellisesti ruokien lisukkeeksi ja maustamaan niitä puhtaimmalla aasialaisella tavalla.
