During the first uses, you can dilute the shampoo: 1 spoonful of shampoo in 5 spoonfuls of water with little mineralization (if your tap water is calcareous, you can use the water from the iron or Volvic or Crystalline). 3) Rinse thoroughly. Preferably with water with little minerals. 4) Finish with a rinse with vinegar water: 4 tablespoons of vinegar (preferably cider) in a glass of water. It is important to rinse the hair well before rinsing with vinegar because vinegar, being acidic, can transform the residual shampoo into oil and make the hair greasy. It takes time to adapt for the hair to get used to organic. Since your hair is used to chemical shampoos, it can take 3 weeks or more of 100% natural shampoo to really enjoy your shampoo. For beautiful, supple hair, we recommend that you complete this treatment with Alepia Detangling Conditioner. This silicone-free conditioner can also be used alone and replace shampoo. You can save money and replace the conditioner with a final rinse with vinegar (or lemon) water: 1 glass of water + 3 tablespoons of vinegar (or lemon), then wipe the hair directly (the vinegar smell disappears in a few minutes) or after a final rinse with tap water.
