Sequential Energy (Tangerine and Lemon Flavor) from Mega Plus combines 3 types of carbohydrates with different characteristics and absorption speeds in order to achieve a constant supply of energy to the muscle, achieving maximum performance. Sequencial Energy also incorporates glutamine and creatine into its formula to influence muscle protein synthesis. Glutamine supplementation favors protein synthesis and prevents muscle catabolism in situations of oxidative stress, and creatine increases muscle strength and body weight, and also participates in the regulation of energy intake through the use of glucose. It is recommended to drink 3 drinks a day. To prepare a drink, dissolve 2 measuring scoops (30 g) in water. In long-term or high intensity sports activities, it is advisable to drink one drink before exercise, another during and another at the end of physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place.
