Place the printed side down on clean, dry skin. 3. Thoroughly wet the tattoo with a sponge or wet paper towel. 4. Hold in place for 30 seconds. 5. Gently lift a corner to check transfer. If incomplete, damp and press again. 6. Remove the paper backing and leave the slight shadow layer on the skin. Allow the color to develop over the next 24 to 72 hours.
