Schüssler Complex J from New Era are tablets that will help you in case you have the flu, cough, cold or fever. New Era® is a valid aid to cope with both winter and seasonal changes, when the body's defenses and airways are tested, both to restore physiological balance. It is recommended to take the respective doses every half hour. In adults: 4 tablets, 3 times a day, directly on the tongue. In children: 2 granules 3 times a day, directly on the tongue. In babies: 1 granule before each feeding, dissolved in 1 teaspoon of water. Take daily, several times a day, 10 minutes before meals. It can be taken safely even for prolonged periods of one or two months, and in combination with medications. Vary the frequency according to subjective need. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. After opening the product for the first time, be sure to close it tightly after taking the dose. Keep in a cool dry place
