Description

Kensho cooking sake is a naturally fermented junmai sake. Thanks to its alcoholic content of 13%, which evaporates when cooking and preserves the natural umami of sake without any additives. It is recommended to accentuate the flavor of dishes, soften meat and fish and remove excessive flavor from meat and fish. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 2 and 6ºC.
