Description

Cascara sagrada extract is traditionally used as a natural remedy for some digestive disorders, such as constipation. Cascara sagrada is used as a treatment for this type of problem due to its richness in anthraquinones, a substance with powerful laxative properties. It fulfills a cathartic function, that is, it accelerates the defecation process, since they stimulate the nerve endings of the intestine and, in this way, cause a greater intestinal movement, which ends in a rapid evacuation of stool. It is a useful product to treat occasional constipation and is not recommended in case of chronic constipation. It is recommended to take 2 tablets with a glass of water preferably before going to bed. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
