Sabidofilus is a food supplement with probiotics. Probiotics are microorganisms that have to reach the intestine alive or active so that they can adhere to the mucosa and enrich and repopulate the intestinal flora.
Probiotic bacteria are beneficial and you cannot live without them and they cannot live without humans, both are species that depend on each other.
These beneficial bacteria are what are called Probiotics. The best known are those of the Lactobacillus type (L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. bulgaricus, L. plantarum, L. helveticus, L. sporogens ...), of the type Bifidobacteria (B. bifidus, B . longum ...), but there are others, such as Lactococus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus or Saccharomyces boulardii.
It is recommended to take 1 capsule before breakfast and before lunch.
If you are taking antibiotics, take at least 3 hours before each taking.
Keep out of reach of small children.
Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet.
