Remote RS485 control: 16 inputs remotely control 16 outputs on another board via RS485 bus with configurable settings. 16channel output: NPN ULN2803 sinking outputs drive relays, solenoids, or LEDs. 16channel photoelectric isolation inputs: active low NPN inputs provide isolation from noisy environments and protect the host controller. Six command modes: open, close, momentary, autolock, interlock, delay for flexible automation sequences. Compact and network ready: designed for easy integration into existing RS485 networks with multi board configurations and reduced wiring. Reliability and compatibility: ULN2803 outputs plus photoelectric isolation improve noise immunity and protect the control system; compatible with standard RS485 networks. Use scenarios Building access and gate control: a master controller issues open and close signals with delay and interlock to operate a door release safely. Industrial automation: remote start/stop of valves or relays using momentary pulses and autolock to hold states as needed. Conveyor safety interlocks: interlock and delay modes ensure safe machine operation between stations.
