Description

Herbaldi Rooibos Tea is a preparation based on dry extracts of this medicinal plant. Phytotherapy today plays a relevant role and this plant has various ways of being ingested, especially in teas and infusions. It is recommended to prepare an infusion: in 1 cup of water (100 ml) add 2 teaspoons of rooibos (10 g) and put on the heat to boil for 5 minutes. Cover and let the infusion rest for 5 more minutes. If you want, you can add vanilla and honey or drink it cold by adding ice. Store in a cool, dry place.
