Anti-inflammatory and analgesic, it is perfect for use on the skin to soothe itching, heal tissues and calm irritated skin. Antispasmodic, it also facilitates digestion. Roman chamomile is a skin-soothing essential oil thanks to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Used in cases of itching, eczema and redness, it calms and soothes irritation in an instant. Its antispasmodic virtues combined with its important anxiolytic effect make it very useful in cases of somatization of stress. In combination with bigarade petit grain, it is, for example, perfect for calming cramps, stomach pains and digestive difficulties associated with stress.
