Maltodextrin is released slowly providing constant energy and helping to raise the insulin spike, while palatinase provides sustained energy while maintaining stable insulin levels. It provides several types of proteins, the protein matrix of HYDROLEAN PROTEIN, the main one being a hydrolyzed whey protein, whey concentrate and a mixture of whey isolate with micellar casein. The combination of fast-release and sustained-release proteins contributes to good muscle anabolism and good recovery. With double creatine to help improve ATP levels, led by Kreagenic which is alkaline and does not break down or convert to creatinine. 5000mg. of added L-Glutamine, high levels of BCAA and HMB as two very effective anti-catabolics and muscle recovery. It also contains Alpha-Lipoic Acid to help improve the ability of insulin receptors, L-Taurine to help improve the absorption and use of proteins.
