Material and build: FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) and ABS membrane housing with thicker construction for improved pressure resistance, burst strength and heat insulation. Resistant to acids, ammonia, oils, plating and other corrosives. Size and compatibility: standard 3 x 13 inch housing for 2.0 x 12 inch membranes up to 125 GPD. Compatible with 50/75/100/125 GPD membranes and can serve as a direct replacement for CSM, Axeon, Dow FilmTec and other 1812 and 2012 RO membranes. Testing and reliability: subjected to multiple pressure tests for safe operation. Seal and strength: double seal design to prevent water bypass and leaks; thicker bowl increases compressive strength and durability. Practical use scenarios: suitable for home RO systems with aggressive feed water or pressure conditions; small commercial RO units needing reliable leak protection; replacement housing for aging 1812/2012 membranes across multiple brands.
