Resiliens® Equilibrio is a dietary supplement from the Resiliens® line that helps the body better manage stress and maintain emotional stability and physical and intellectual well-being. It is based on the synergistic formula ADAPT-L, composed of a combination of adaptogenic plants (Ashwagandha, Schisandra, Rhodiola, and Eleutherococcus) and relaxing plants (Chamomile), along with vitamin B5. When developing the formula in Resiliens® Balance, we sought to achieve a multiple effect, that 1 + 1 were not 2, but 3 and that its effects were fast-acting. In Resiliens® Equilibrio, a Synergistic effect has been sought between all the components. By combining different adaptogenic plants in suitable proportions, it has been shown that the individual effect of each plant is enhanced. It is recommended to take 2-4 capsules, or follow the recommendations of an expert. Maintenance dose: 2 capsules daily. Booster dose: 4 capsules a day, in two doses. In dietary supplements, the recommended daily dose is indicated for healthy adults.
