Relaxen with Valerian and Passionflower is formulated based on plants traditionally used to help regulate sleep, with calming action, calms and maintains the balance of the nervous system. Relaxen by Dietmed, a natural supplement whose composition is a mixture of hops, valerian and passionflower. It collects the active principles of these three plants to three plants so that their action is more powerful than when taken individually. Both hops, passionflower or valerian are plants known and used for their sedative and relaxing properties. They are usually taken as an aid to be able to fall asleep in times when we are excessively nervous. Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet twice a day, preferably before meals. At night, take 2 tablets before going to bed. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
