This gorgeous fabric is made of two layers. The base layer is a plain light weight jersey knit and then on top of this you have strips of another layer of floral patterned fine jersey that is only attached at one side. It gives the effect of ruffles all over the fabric and as you move it the ruffles move too, revealing the underneath fabric. It is very pretty and an unusual technique. We imagine this fabric being made into tops, skirts and dresses. As this is a directional print, you may need a bit more fabric depending on the placement of your pattern pieces.
