Carnera 1000, energy is a food supplement for adults based on creatine, carnitine and arginine, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (100 ml) and stir until completely dissolved. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
