Description

Quinoa raw seeds by Physalis are the seeds of a cereal-like plant that has been consumed for over 5000 years in the Andes region of South America. The Incas called her “the mother of all grains” and considered her a gift from the gods. Biotona Quinoa is grown 100% organically in Peru and is harvested after growing for 4 to 5 months. Quinoa seeds, which can be white, red or black depending on the species, are always dried at a low temperature. Quinoa, which does not contain gluten, is rich in protein and essential amino acids. It is recommended to rinse the quinoa (about 50-70 g per person) in cold water and boil it at the rate of 1 part of seeds to 2 parts of water (milk (vegetable) or fruit juice for sweet preparations). Take it off the heat after 5 minutes and let it swell for another 5-7 minutes, until it becomes transparent. For breakfast, let cool completely before adding fruit and other Biotona superfoods.
