The carpet edge trim is durable and built to endure traffic areas in the home. 3. Easy to Install The carpet edge trim features adhesive tape on the back. Apply the tape to the back of the transition strip, then position and secure it in place to embed the carpet. For uneven floors, such as concrete, if the adhesive isn't strong enough, it's recommended to use construction adhesive or nails for reinforcement. 4. NonSlip Surface The nonslip surface of the transition strip enhances friction and prevents slipping, ensuring safe access from all sides.
