Ecospirulina tablets are very special, cold pressed, they do not need a binding agent because the spirulina has been dehydrated at a low temperature. This is how a food remains raw and preserves all its nutritional properties. Spirulina supports the immune system, improves tone and vitality and increases resistance to fatigue. For regular consumption, it is recommended to take 2 to 3g per day (4 to 6 tablets) on an empty stomach or before breakfast and lunch to take advantage of all the nutrients of this superfood. Start gradually from 1 to 2 tablets a day the first week, 2 to 3 the second week and so on. In more intense consumption (athletes in a period of intense training, changes in season, anemic state or occasional fatigue), Recommendation: 4 to 6g per day (8 to 12 tablets) for periods of 2 to 3 months.
