Pure gluten 500 g

Pure Gluten from Priméal is the protein part of the wheat grain. It is recommended to use a mixture with wheat flour to increase its protein content or to prepare seitan, which can then be cooked breaded, sliced, minced, minced,... Preparation of seitan: dilute gluten + water, form a ball and place it in 1 large volume of boiling salted and flavored water, then cook for 1 hour. The dough doubles or even triples its volume.
