Its zinc content contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. It is recommended to take preferably on an empty stomach or outside meal times. To facilitate the taking, it can be added to liquid or semi-solid food at room temperature: milk, water, porridge, compotes or fruit juices, etc. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
