Make sure the nub is in the center, between your wrist tendons. Repeat on the other wrist. You must wear a band on each wrist for the Preggie Wrist Bands to be effective. Preggie Naturals: Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel or as needed for nausea relief. Adults and children 12 years and above can take 2 capsules, but should not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period Children 6-12 years can take 1 capsule.
