Description

A traditional Italian risotto enriched by the extraordinary quality of Carnaroli rice. High-quality dehydrated ingredients are chosen to give the risottos an authentic flavor and keep the nutritional characteristics of the traditional recipe unchanged; without glutamate. It is recommended to pour the contents of the package into a pot with 600 ml of cold water. Mix and bring to a boil. Cook for 12 minutes without a lid over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the water is completely absorbed. Add a tablespoon of butter and a little parmesan for a creamier risotto. May contain traces of fish, molluscs, crustaceans, celery, soy and sulfites.
