Pomona's Universal Pectin makes thick jam and jelly with rich full flavor using low sugar amounts. It's a pure citrus pectin with no dextrose or preservatives, activated by calcium. This product allows you to make cooked jam & jelly sweetened to your taste with any sugar type, including honey, agave, xylitol, fruit juice concentrate, stevia or other sweeteners. Key features include: no sugar or preservatives, makes 2 to 4 recipes, jells with low amounts of any sweetener; recipes included.
