Oil resistance Polyurethane sheet is a strong polar polymer with low affinity for non-polar mineral oils and is virtually impervious to erosion from fuel oils and mechanical oils. Size Diameter: 15-90 mm Length: 50 cm or 24 cm Seismic performance and applications Excellent vibration damping and cushioning performance. It can absorb shocks and reduce vibration in equipment. In mould making, it can replace rubber and springs where suitable. Material properties Polyurethane elastomers offer high strength, high elasticity, small deformation, and good elongation behavior. Use scenarios - Vibration damping components for motors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment to reduce noise and wear. - Shock absorption and cushioning in assemblies exposed to dynamic loads or impact, including mounting platforms or supports. - Mould-making applications where a polyurethane sheet substitutes for rubber or springs to achieve similar cushioning and resilience.
