Poe N ° 17 - Sportoligo Ginseng from Propos Nature is a dietary supplement that combines trace elements with Ginseng extract to support you in your sporting activities. It promotes performance, helps recovery and prevents cramps and aches by promoting cellular oxygenation. This preparation in trace elements can also be used for preparation for sports competitions or after winter breaks. It is advisable to take before or without meals, take an undiluted dose (using the plastic spoon provided), keep under the tongue for 1 minute and then swallow. Shake before use. Adults: 2 ml (1 spoon) 1 to 2 times a day. Children from 35 kg: 1 ml (1/2 spoon) 1 to 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. This is not a medicine. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Do not give to people allergic to any of the components.
