Poe No. 13 - Nettle Ampoule by Propos Nature is a dietary supplement that combines trace elements with nettle extracts to combat hair loss, brittle nails, and joint pain. It helps remineralize all tissues. It allows for the remineralization of all tissues. The trace element composition of this preparation is based on Dr. Picard's method. It is recommended to take a diluted dose before or after meals, hold it under the tongue for 30 seconds, and then swallow. Adults: 2 ml (1 ampoule), 1 to 2 times a day. Children up to 10 years: 1 ml (1/2 ampoule), 1 or 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement. Not a medicine. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
