Macina Bio's pesto alla genovese is created only with the highest quality ingredients. Its color is bright green, accompanied by an intense perfume; this thanks to fresh Ligurian basil and a careful production technique similar to that with the mortar. It does not contain garlic and cheese in order to maintain the purity of the fresh basil aroma and to meet the needs of customers intolerant to lactose and casein. Ideal as a sauce for pasta, lasagna, vegetable soup or to spread on bruschetta and canapes. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
