Organic peppermint essential oil is produced by steam distillation of the leaves and aerial parts of the plant. This product is traditionally used to promote digestive well-being, relieve motion sickness and for its cleansing, refreshing and stimulating properties. For diffusion: A fresh menthol fragrance that refreshes the air, stimulates the body and relieves motion sickness. Most enjoyable when used in synergy with other essential oils. For oral consumption : a drop in a sugar cube or a tablespoon of honey after a meal to aid digestion. For skin application : May be rubbed into the skin, highly diluted in a vegetable carrier oil. Use with care due to its "freezing" effect. It is recommended to dilute 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in sugar or in a tablespoon of honey.
