Kunstvoll gestalteter Bast-Anhänger aus 925 Sterling Silber. Das zentrale Motiv wird eingerahmt von zwei Schwingen. Diese sind unten mit einem Skarabäus und zwei Schlangen verziert. Der Kettenanhänger ist teilweise geschwärzt und in sich beweglich.  Maße: ca. 28 mm Durchmesser Innenmaße der Öse: ca. 7 mm hoch x ca. 4 mm breit Gewicht: ca. 6,3 g Der Schmuckanhänger wird inklusive einem schwarzen Baumwollband geliefert. Hintergrund: Bast ist eine Gottheit der ägyptischen Mythologie. Sie gilt als Göttin des Glücks und der Fruchtbarkeit. Oft wird sie als Katze oder als Mensch mit Katzenkopf dargestellt. Die Flügel sind vermutlich ein Hinweis auf Isis: Diese gilt als Göttin der Geburt, Wiedergeburt und Magie. Oft wird sie als Vogelgöttin mit ausgebreiteten Flügeln dargestellt. Sie ist die Gemahlin von Osiris und die Mutter von Horus. Der Skarabäus-Mistkäfer galt als Heiliger Pillendreher im Alten Ägypten als Glücksbringer und wurde gern als Schmuckstück getragen. Er steht für Leben und Fruchtbarkeit sowie für den Kreislauf der Sonne. Schlangen galten im Alten Ägypten als Beschützerinnen des Pharao.
