Description

Large, intricately designed Chalice fountain pendant made of 925 sterling silver. The eyelet is located on the back of the sheet. The pendant is partially blackened on the front. Dimensions: approx. 46 mm high x approx. 34 mm wide Inner diameter of the eyelet: approx. 3 mm Weight: approx. 7.8 g The pendant comes with a black cotton strap. Background: The symbol is a replica of the top plate of the "Chalice Well" in Glastonbury, UK. The water of the well is slightly reddish due to a high iron content. According to legend, however, the coloration comes from the fact that the Holy Grail was once hidden there: The blood of Christ went into the spring.
