Description

Artistically designed inverted cross made of bronze. The pendant is blackened in some places so that the carefully crafted decorations are shown to their best advantage. Dimensions: approx. 32 mm high x approx. 22 mm wide inner diameter of the eyelet: approx. 5 mm Weight: approx. 3 g The pendant comes with a black cotton ribbon. Background: Inverted or "inverted" crosses are popular accessories in the metal and gothic scene. This form of cross is sometimes also referred to as the Satanic cross or Satanist cross, as a sign of the Antichrist. Interestingly, this motif of the upside-down cross is traditionally considered the "cross of Peter" for Christians: According to tradition, the Apostle Peter was crucified upside down.
