Peeled tigernut 200 gr Eco by Salud Viva is a superfood made up of tigernuts, small tubers, that made up 80% of the Paleo diet of our ancestors, around two million years ago. Without magnesium stearate, without silicon dioxide ... Only the ingredients indicated. This ancient Superfood comes from North Africa and the Mediterranean strip. Tigernuts contain a very resistant starch, a prebiotic fiber that resists digestion and becomes fuel for our probiotic bacteria. About 28 g of this product contains 40% of the recommended daily fiber. The tigernuts are extraordinarily rich in nutrients, they have a pleasant nutty flavor, and if they are left to soak overnight, their flavor is reinforced, becoming more intense and ideal to prepare a rich horchata incorporating coconut sugar or any other sweetener. Does not contain Gluten. They contain both iron and red meat, both potassium and coconut water, they are a source of manganese, zinc, phosphorus and vitamins A and E. It is recommended to prepare a horchata soak a handful of tigernuts overnight, add water, mash them with a mixer and strain them sweetening to your liking.
