Pour the dough into the pan. Place the rack and baking tin back into the preheated oven. Remove the baking tin from the oven and leave to cool for 5-10 minutes. Turn the pan upside down and gently push the cake out of the pan. Avoid direct contact of the mold with heat sources. Do not use sharp utensils to remove the dough or use aggressive cleaning agents.
