Pastello Petrolio de Neve Eye Pencils from dark blue to green with sky blue reflections. Highly dark eye pencil with natural binding formula. Ideal as a kajal, as an eyeliner and as a base to highlight powder shadows and pigments. Dark blue with green undertones and sky blue reflections. It is recommended to use as: - Kajal: Pastel can also be applied as kajal to the inner rhyme of the eye to intensify the look. Light colors help the eyes to look larger, while darker ones enhance their shape. - Base: Apply Pastel all over the eyelid, smooth with a soft brush and then apply the eye shadow of similar or contrasting color, applying the color over the area. - Eyeliner: Eyeliner: Cut the upper eyelash line with pastel, then use an eyeliner brush to drag the color into the tail outside the eye for a perfect 60's touch. - Smokey Eyes: Define the fixation of the lashes and the crease of the eyes with delicate strokes, then fade with a soft brush pulling the color out and completing with a powder eye shadow of intermediate color. Fix the Pastel stroke with a powder shade or a pinch of transparent powder to prolong the fixation.
