According to the Japanese, one bowl of Miso Ramen each day promotes general health, youth, and longevity. Quick and simple to prepare, as one package makes a great healthy noodle bowl. It is recommended to bring two cups of water (500 ml) to a boil. Add the brown rice noodles and stir with a fork after one minute. Reduce the heat and add the contents of the Miso sachet. Cook for three more minutes or until the noodles are soft enough and serve.
