Ecocert-certified organic white willow from Nature et Partage is recommended for relieving many types of pain, especially joint pain, resulting from osteoarthritis and rheumatism. White willow can also be used to relieve headaches, painful periods, or even fever. The bark of the white willow (Salix alba) has spanned centuries and civilizations. Approximately 500 years before our era, the Chinese knew of its analgesic properties. The ancient Greeks used it to reduce fever and relieve pain. From Florida to Alaska, willow bark was (and still is) used by Native Americans as a pain reliever and febrifuge. It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning and at night, to be taken with a glass of water during meals. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day, i.e. 600 mg. Not recommended for people allergic to salicylates, people on anticoagulant treatment and children under 12 years of age. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
