Organic white shiro miso 200 g

This new DANIVAL white miso is made in France by our brewer using an ancient Japanese method. Its short fermentation is natural (3-4 days depending on the season) and noble (no additives). Our farmer harvests the soybeans in France, and the rice comes from Italy. This miso, with a creamy, almost sweet texture, is easy to consume and use in your everyday cooking. It's used in a multitude of recipes, both savory and sweet. White miso (shiromiso) is the sweetest of all misos. It is used as a cooking aid to add smoothness and mellowness to everyday dishes. White miso (shiromiso) is simply stirred into soups and marinades, and is also suitable for more sophisticated sweet and savory recipes. In fact, with its delicate sweet and sour flavor, white miso (shiromiso) is popular with: puddings, brownies, cheesecake, etc. Open 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store in a dry place at positive room temperature. After opening: Keep refrigerated once opened and consume within 2 months.
