We recommend using 5 g of sourdough for every 100 g of flour. Prepare the dough and let it rise for 8 hours at 25-27 ° C, then form the bread and let it rise for another 2 hours. Bake at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes, it does not require the addition of yeast.
