Organic Vegan Bolognese, made with Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP), has around 32% protein, so a 69g serving provides 22g of protein (a steak has 10g, and two eggs have 15g). It therefore provides an exceptional amount of protein and nutrients in their bioavailable form. For 140g: Heat 3 tablespoons (30 ml) of oil and pour the product into the pan. Stir for 1 min. Add 600-700 ml of hot water (from the tap) depending on whether you want it to be thicker or thinner. Cook 8-10 min. For 70g: Heat 3 teaspoons (15 ml) of oil. Stir for 1 minute. Add 300-350 ml of water. Cook 5-6 minutes.
