My Cosmetik Organic Thyme Linalool Essential Oil is commonly used for its powerful anti-infectious properties. Antifungal, antiseptic, antiviral and antiparasitic, it is used both in the prevention and treatment of winter infections and in the fight against digestive infections. Thyme Linalool Essential Oil is the mildest and safest to use of the thyme essential oils. Linalool, which is also found in other essential oils such as Ho wood, has a particular tropism (i.e. natural orientation) for the treatment of infections of the respiratory sphere. Common thyme or thymus vulgaris, a small compact shrub, produces mainly 3 essential oils of different chemical composition (or "chemotype"). The location, altitude, surrounding plants and nature of the soil in which it grows will condition the chemical composition of the essential oils it will produce. The chemotypes "linalool" and "thujanol", grow at medium altitudes, such as in Drôme Provençale. The chemotype "thymol" is mainly found in trays. It is recommended for use orally, dermally or by diffusion. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women or in children under 8 years of age. Avoid prolonged use. Not recommended for people with epilepsy. Not recommended for the elderly and hypertensive patients. Keep your essential oils tightly closed and out of reach of children.
