Silicon from bamboo exudate, without synthetic silicon dioxide or synthetic silicon. Silicon is a food supplement based on bamboo tabashir exudate, nettle, meadowsweet and manganese. It acts in the comfort of the joints, on the skin, nails and hair. Bamboo, a natural source of Silicon, promotes joint comfort. Nettle is known to help strengthen nails and hair, promotes clear skin and helps with problematic skin. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues, especially in cartilage and bones, and helps to keep bones normal. It is recommended to use the graduated cap, take 2 cups of 25ml per day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
