Organic Sencha Matcha Green Tea 70 g

Biotona Bio Sencha + Matcha is a blend of loose Sencha green tea leaves and Matcha powder. This blend perfectly combines the complementary flavours of these two Japanese teas: the fresh herbal flavour of Sencha and the subtly bitter flavour of Matcha, to give a sweet tea with a slight umami flavour. Both Sencha and Matcha are produced from young tea leaves that, according to tradition, are harvested at the beginning of May (during the first harvest) after shading the bushes for 1 and 5 weeks respectively (cf. Biotona Extra premium Matcha). It is recommended to infuse whole manufactured leaves in hot water. The amount of tea and water, the water temperature, and the preparation time depend on the type of tea chosen and the desired result.Here too, it is important to use fresh water (lightly mineralized) and to consider its temperature. The higher it is, the more bitterness there is.For the best flavor experience, infuse them a second time (and even a third time). During the first infusion, the rolled leaves slowly open and release their primary flavors. BE-BIO-02
