Pranarom Organic Resistance and Natural Defenses is a solution that contains peppermint essential oil for the maintenance of natural defenses. It can be used: orally, in friction, in diffusion, in inhalation. It is recommended to ingest on neutral support: from 6 to 12 years: 1 drop, 2 times a day, from 12 to 18 years: 2 drops, 2 times a day adults: 2 drops, 3 times a day. It can also be used as a hand sanitizer: a few drops in hand washing gel. To strengthen your immunity to local friction: use 3 to 5 drops on the chest and back, 2 to 4 times a day. In diffusion: a few drops in a diffuser to enjoy the benefits of essential oils. Keep out of the reach of small children. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use it for more than 14 days. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation and in children under 6 years of age. Contraindicated in people with a history of febrile seizures. Seek advice from a health professional. Store away from any heat and light sources.
