Description

Psyllium is a 100% natural product, ballast laxative with a purely mechanical effect. It is an excellent natural appetite suppressant. It helps maintain good intestinal health by facilitating transit and digestion: blond psyllium regulates the water content of stool. Thanks to its high mucilage content, it is the best fiber. It is recommended to start by taking a teaspoon of psyllium in a glass of water every day. Drink it at night if you prefer the product to take effect the next morning. Observe the effects and adjust the dosage accordingly. Gradually, if necessary, increase the dosage and frequency. You can take up to 2 to 3 tablespoons a day in several doses.
