Ecoidees Organic Peeled Nut is a popular tuber in Spain where it is the base of a drink typical of the Valencia region called Horchata de Chufa. This very crunchy tuber is eaten as it is, its delicious taste is revealed only after having chewed it well The souchet is the fruit of the grass "Chufa" (cyperus esculentes), so named in the Mediterranean basin. It has been known since Egyptian Antiquity. The nutcracker is not actually a nut but a tuber characterized by a very high fiber content and a very pleasant taste, surprisingly sweet and naturally sweet. It is recommended to consume as is or snack like almonds. It will be even softer after soaking overnight in water.
