Sushi nori is primarily intended for making sushi rolls. But you don't have to limit yourself to just rolling rice in it, you can also make Vietnamese summer rolls, a Mediterranean variety (with hummus) or a low-carb version (with mashed avocado, sprouts and other fresh vegetables). This sushi nori is certified organic, which is pretty special. It takes a lot of effort to certify a natural product like seaweed as organic. There are many requirements for the management and harvesting of seaweed, as well as the use and treatment of the water in which the seaweed grows. Use it to make sushi rolls or cut it into pieces and add it to your soup or noodles. To make sushi rolls: Place a sheet of nori on your sushi mat, shiny side down. Cover with a thin layer of cooled sushi rice. Leave 5 cm of horizontal space at the top of the sheet. Place the filling in a horizontal strip in the center of the sheet. Use the sushi mat to roll a tight roll, keeping the vegetables in the center. Roll up so that the free space of the sheet is facing away from you. Moisten the free part of the sheet with a little water to seal it well. Remove the roll from the bamboo mat. Cut into 6-8 pieces with a slightly damp, sharp knife.
