Organic millet flakes 350 g

PREPARATION These flakes can be part of your "homemade" muesli composition by consuming them as they are at breakfast, simply rehydrated with milk or in a yogurt (and mixed with fresh fruits or nuts and with other puffed or flaked cereals).You can also cook them. Take 4 tbsp per person and cook for 5 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water. Let stand off the heat for 2 minutes. Dress to taste.Alternatively, incorporate your flakes directly into the preparation of your savory or sweet recipes such as gratins, soups, vegetable pancakes, fritters, cakes, cookies, breads...
